I met Keith Hollifield in 2017. My husband and I needed someone knowledgeable to guide us through our workouts. I had just injured my shoulder from tennis. My husband is a golfer and wanted more power in his swing. Keith was amazing at rehabbing me so that I could get back to playing tennis. My husband generated more power on the tees. Keith is extremely careful about working someone to the best of their abilities. He is constantly changing the workout. It is always fun.
