We schedule some Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but we encourage you to schedule on Tuesday and Thursdays for best availability since we can schedule as early as 9am on those two days and as late as 4pm.
Tuesday 11:15 and 1:15, as well as Thursday 12:45 and 2p are perfect spots for standing 60 min appts whether it’s massage or PT or otherwise.
